What Makes It Special

  • Great tuning resulting in a natural sound without undue bass or treble emphasis
  • Beautiful and minimalist industrial design in a clean and compact housing that looks good
  • Relatively inexpensive for what it offers as there are many IEMs that are more expensive that do not perform as good as the Aria

Our Thoughts

On the surface, the Moondrop Aria may seem expensive for what it is, ~$75 for a single driver IEM without detachable cables and a housing that looks suspiciously like it's cousin the Moondrop Crescent (which is half the price). But it would be unwise to write off or buy a product based on a list of features. The main point is this, the Aria sounds very good and beats out other brands and IEMs with 3, 4, 5+ drivers which clearly focused more on specs than tuning.

The Moondrop Aria delivers for its price and is tuned exceptionally well. If you are looking for an IEM that provides a true and natural sound that won't break the bank, the Moondrop Aria is a solid choice.
