32-bit beauty

A 32-bit DAC chip, 8-core USB receiver, and stunningly gorgeous visual design make the xDuoo MU-601 an impressive entry DAC for single-ended amps.

Your library at 32-bits

Rediscover your library at 32-bit quality with the ESS ES9018K2M SABRE Reference DAC chip. This high-performance, stereo D/A converter uses the Hyperstream II DAC architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator for performance that will satisfy even the most demanding of audiophiles.

XMOS XU208 USB receiver chip

Listen to PCM384kHz and DSD256 files thanks to the XMOS XU208 USB receiver chip. Using asynchronous transmission, it greatly reduces jitter and delay for a professional-grade listening experience.

Two USB audio modes

Use the MU-601 with USB 1.0 or USB 2.0. USB 1.0 is compatible with some lower-version computer systems or game consoles (such as the Switch). Change modes with the flick of a switch on the back panel.

Dual crystal oscillators keep jitter in check

The MU-601 uses two active crystal oscillators independently of each other to ensure reliable operation of local clocks. These oscillators, which work at 44.1k and 48k, ensure that jitter is kept in check.

Independent power supply

The MU-601 uses its own DC 12V power supply, rather than your computer’s USB power, to avoid electronic interference and from consuming front-end power when connecting to your mobile phone or tablet.

Sand-blasted chassis

The MU-601’s sand-blasted chassis resists external electronic interference--and looks great doing it. Created with super-precise CNC machining, this sleek shell will look great on a desk, bookshelf, or tabletop.
