Apos Audio is all about second chances. When an item is returned back to us we work with our partners to refurbish it back to its original condition before putting it back out in the world.

These are open box or refurbished items ready for a second life with a new owner. They’ve been certified by us as high-quality like-new products.

There’s only a limited quantity of each Apos Certified product (often just one). They’ll automatically be marked as “Sold Out” when inventory is sold.

45-Day Returns

We understand that buying open box or refurbished can sometimes feel like a leap of faith, and we want to take that worry off your shoulders. That’s why we’re extending our 45-day return policy to all Apos Certified products. 

This means you’ve got a solid month and a half to try out your gear, make sure it fits into your life, and decide if it’s the perfect match for you. With this extended return window, you can shop with confidence. Because if things don’t work out? No stress. Returns are easy.
