The HE-R10D features HIFIMAN’s proprietary topology diaphragm, which uses nanoparticles to manipulate the diaphragm in such a way as to reduce distortion. It also features real wood ear cups that are uniquely shaped to prevent the unnatural echoes and other spatial distortions that occur in flat-backed closed-back headphones.
