Tariffs, Shipping, and How We're Responding
Kunal at Apos here. The last few hours have been a whirlwind as we’ve been receiving updates about new tariffs and USPS’ evolving policies regarding international shipments. Our involvement in the community and your trust in us is hugely important, and we met as a team this morning to discuss next steps. We are watching the situation closely and gathering all the information so that we can clearly communicate updates to you. With all that said, we want to promise a couple of things to you:
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If an unexpected cost shows up, we will take care of it.
- Your orders will get to you. Due to supply chain volatility, there might be delays, but we will take care of you and your order.
We have also enacted new monitoring processes to look at the fulfilment and delivery of orders from Apos. However, if an unexpected situation arises with your order, like duty fees, please reach out to our Community Support Team at support@apos.audio.
Peter, our Head of Community Support, and his team are available to assist you, in case any need arises. Our Logistics and Operations Team is coordinating with them.
