Moondrop’s first full-size

After three years of research and development, Moondrop is proud to release their first full-size headphone. While the VOID is a major departure from the company’s celebrated IEMs, it fully reflects their design philosophy of high performance, high efficiency, and budget friendliness. This 50mm headphone uses an open-back design that is ideal for private listening in the comfort of your home.

High-efficiency 50mm driver

While 50mm is one of the largest dynamic driver sizes, Moondrop managed to make the VOID super efficient by testing numerous magnetic circuit structures and conducting stress tests using FEA simulation. Through this process, they designed an internal magnetic circuit that is both efficient and evenly manages vibrations across each part of the diaphragm.

Superb dynamics

Combining flexible suspension and a metal-coated dome diaphragm, the VOID delivers superb high-frequency extension, dynamics, and texture.

Manufactured by Moondrop

In a time when many headphone designers farm out manufacturing to OEM factories, Moondrop is swimming against the tide by completing every step of the process–from research to production–themselves. They assembled and manufactured the VOID in their own factory in the western suburbs of Chengdu.

Lightweight design

The VOID is lightweight without being flimsy, and durable while being comfortable. The wearing experience is excellent, and can be enjoyed in a desktop setup or around the house.
