All Archive Tubes sold by Apos include a one-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Most vacuum tubes don’t come with a warranty. And even when they do, the terms are typically narrow. In most cases, the responsibility of the seller ends the moment the tube reaches your door. Not the case with us. We’re so confident in the work we and our partners are doing preserving, testing, and verifying our vacuum tubes, that we’re proud to put our money where our mouth is.

The Apos One-Year Warranty for Archive Tubes is tied to the original invoice and the serial number listed on the box. Anyone with those two items can make a warranty claim, even if they were not the original purchaser.

If you believe there may be an issue with your tubes, contact Apos customer support and have your invoice and serial number available. Providing a clear description of the issue and when it occurred will help us evaluate the situation quickly. If a tube is determined to be defective, we’ll coordinate the appropriate resolution, including repair or replacement where applicable.
