An AKM flagship DAC chipset AK4191+AK4499EX decodes your digital files. Each channel is handled by a dedicated AK4499EX, improving channel separation and dynamic range. The design also incorporates AKM's "DWA ROUTING" technology, ensuring a clean background and detailed sound reproduction.
The K17 features a fully-discrete Class AB transistor current amplification headphone amplifier. Using ON Semiconductor MJE243/253 transistors, this design delivers high current with low output impedance.
