I got some of Tom’s photos in the mail and I have been framing them and hanging them on the walls of my apartment. Since Tom won’t do it, I thought I would recommend checking his art at https://gardnermounce.com
Also I dusted off some of my fountain pens. Been writing with one all week and my hand writing is so much better with them. Taking a narcissistic view - I really like my signature with a fountain pen.
Also also I am on a Coen Bros kick. Rewatched No Country for Old Men and my favorite sequence in The Ballad to Buster Scruggs with Tom Waits. I always love the opening sequence where he looks down at the valley. I want to have a cottage there and pass away in that surrounding. I looked up the location of the shoot and I have it saved.
I want that cottage on one of the curved banks of that river. That’s a peaceful place

I'm pretty obsessed with Blue Prince right now. It's a mystery game that I guess I could best describe as Roguelike Myst? Without giving anything away, there's a house where the rooms always change and you have to find the hidden room. Every day you enter the house and have a limited amount of energy to use as you try to place randomly drawn rooms (get it? Blue Prince, Blue Prints) in such a way as to reach the end. I think. That's the way it seems anyway, but it's got that "won't know until the end" energy about it that I love. It's on Xbox game pass right now and surely available everywhere else as well.
