NEW: XDUOO XQ-60 BLUETOOTH & RADIO DECODER

Introducing the XQ-60 Bluetooth & Radio Decoder

The XQ-60 is a Bluetooth receiver, AM/FM tuner, and USB DAC that brings wireless music, local broadcasts, and computer audio to your audio system. A Qualcomm QCC3084 Bluetooth 6.0 chip handles wireless reception, while a CS43198 DAC provides analog conversion. Coaxial, optical, and RCA outputs connect it to an external DAC, amplifier, or powered speakers.

Bluetooth reception with broad codec support

The XQ-60 adds Bluetooth reception to equipment you already own, with support for SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC. LE Audio adds LC3 and aptX Lite support. The available codec depends on the connected source device, so a phone or computer must support the codec you intend to use. A detachable external Bluetooth antenna supports a stated reception range of approximately 33 feet (10 meters).

Local radio through your existing system

The AM/FM tuner gives local music, news, and conversation a place alongside your digital library. A dedicated receiver chip and DSP digital demodulation process broadcasts, passing an I²S digital signal to the DAC for analog conversion. Manual tuning lets you select a frequency directly, while automatic scanning helps locate stations. Memory accommodates up to 64 FM and 64 AM stations. Separate AM/FM antenna connections let you position the antennas for reception.

A USB connection for computer audio

Connect a computer or compatible tablet over USB to use the XQ-60 as an external sound card. Driver-free playback supports 16–24-bit audio at sample rates from 44.1–96kHz, providing a wired route from your computer to your audio system.

Digital outputs and onboard analog conversion

Coaxial and optical outputs connect the XQ-60 to an external DAC, with a CS8406 digital transceiver handling digital output. For an amplifier or powered speakers with analog inputs, the stereo RCA line outputs use the onboard CS43198 DAC and deliver up to 2Vrms.

Display and remote control

A 1.9-inch TFT color display shows playback information, radio frequency, signal strength, and menu settings. Adjustable brightness and automatic screen shutoff let you control the display, while a configurable power-on setting determines whether the unit starts automatically when power is supplied.

The included IR remote provides access to functions and settings from your listening position. An aluminum alloy enclosure helps shield the circuitry from external electromagnetic interference.
