In-flight Bluetooth Adapter

The iFi UP Travel MAX connects your Bluetooth headphones to in-flight entertainment and adds Bluetooth reception to your car stereo. Switch between transmitter and receiver modes, pair two headphones for shared listening, and access aptX Lossless, LDAC, and LHDC with compatible devices. JVCKENWOOD’s K2 Technology adds digital audio processing, while a built-in microphone with echo suppression handles calls.

Your headphones, on board

In transmitter mode, the UP Travel MAX sends audio from a 3.5mm AUX or USB-C source to your Bluetooth headphones. Connect it to an airplane’s entertainment system and listen through the headphones you already use. The included airplane headphone socket adapter accommodates compatible aircraft connections.

Bluetooth for your car stereo

Switch to receiver mode to send Bluetooth audio from your phone to a car stereo with a 3.5mm AUX input. Support for aptX Lossless gives compatible source devices a lossless Bluetooth option. Available codecs depend on the connected device, and lossless operation depends on connection conditions.

Share the soundtrack

Pair two Bluetooth headphones at once to share a movie, show, or playlist during a journey. Each listener can use their own headphones while listening to the same source.
