The Kinera Baldr IEM comes with four electrostatic drivers, two balanced armatures, and one dynamic driver. Sonion EST65QB02 electrostatic drivers create richer music details with a beautiful transparent sound performance. The four drivers weigh only 148g and can reach more than 70 kHz. The Knowles composite balanced armatures enhance the vocals and provide high resolution with distinct layers. Finally, the three layer PU, high-poly fiber, and titanium plated composite diaphragm improves bass, strengthens the resolution, while mellowing the vocals. The Baldr has a acoustic cross-over design with a smooth curve with a frequency range from 5 Hz to 40 kHz.
Baldr has a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin with a 5N OCC gold plated cable that has 196 Cores. The cable effectively reduces the distortion and sound quality loss, making the sound more transparent with a wider sound field. Its cavity is made of oak and is especially constructed such that even with seven drivers, it is very compact. The Baldr has been constructed to be comfortable and have an ergonomic design.
