The xDuoo TA-32 is a Class-A hybrid headphone amplifier for listeners who appreciate a bit of tube warmth paired with the punch of solid-state circuitry. It delivers up to 3000mW into a 32Ω load, giving it the power for a range of headphone types—from easy-to-handle IEMs to higher-impedance designs. It uses tube rectification and a transistor buffer, with a replaceable DAC card for shaping the sound to your preference. Its multiple digital inputs (USB, coaxial, optical, and Bluetooth) make it perfect for those with music libraries on laptops, phones, dedicated players, and elsewhere. 

Tube rectification and hybrid amplifier

The TA-32 unifies tube and transistor technologies in one integrated design. A 5U4G vacuum tube handles rectification, while a pair of matched Ray Tubes 12AU7 CORE lend classic tube characteristics to the midrange and treble; and a Class-A transistor stage supplies a steady flow of current. This marriage of classic tube sonics and modern power delivery produces a signal that’s as warm as it is detailed. 

Swappable DAC card

With a replaceable DAC module, you can enjoy different DAC chips (available separately) without having to buy an entirely new DAC/Amp. Shipping with the ROHM BD34301, the TA-32 can also be used with the AK4499EX DAC module made by xDuoo, which you can bundle with your purchase. 

Seamless connectivity

The TA-32 accommodates a broad range of sources like laptops, CD players, streamers, and more. It has coaxial, optical, and Bluetooth inputs, along with a USB connection for digital audio up to PCM 768kHz and DSD512. It also supports MQA 8x decoding through USB. 

3000mW output power

Delivering up to 3000mW at 32Ω, the TA-32 supports headphone impedances from 16Ω to 600Ω. This amount of power provides ample overhead, maintaining definition in the bass, midrange, and treble. Whether you’re driving open-back or closed-back cans, the TA-32 keeps the audio clear and controlled at any listening level.

5.1 Bluetooth decoding

Convenience and quality go hand-in-hand with Bluetooth 5.1. Paired with a Qualcomm QCC5125 receiver chip, the TA-32 supports SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX LL, aptX HD (24-bit/48kHz), and LDAC (up to 24-bit/96kHz).

Tube preamp

The TA-32 can serve as a tube-driven preamplifier for your amplifier or speakers. Its matched pair of Ray Tubes 12AU7 CORE brings a touch of smoothness and warmth to your setup, which can be especially helpful if you find digital sources a bit clinical or bright.
