As we have been chronicling in our blog, Apos is undergoing a brand redesign that we are rolling out in a few stages instead of all at once. New and existing customers can now appreciate a much more intuitive and cleaner looking navigation bar at the top of our website, footer at the bottom, and an easier and faster way to get the info you need via Q&A Sections now featured on all of our product pages.
Canada Pilot Program
We are very excited to start serving more customers in North America: we have launched a pilot program to the Canadian market due to lots of requests from our neighbors up north! Just like all orders on Apos, Canadian orders are eligible for free shipping, 30-day price matching, our exclusive 2-Year Warranty, and our 30-Day Return Policy.
Even though it’s a pilot program, we will process and ship orders to our Canadian customers as fast as possible, but we will be gathering feedback in anticipation of the launch of the Apos Audio Canadian store by 2021.

Order Return Processing
Our returns team is still dealing with multiple problems simultaneously — many of which we unfortunately have little control over — like the on-going pandemic, US Postal Service volatility, remaining wildfire disruption, and the increased volume of returns. Due to these circumstances, we are running about a week behind where we’d like to be.

Holiday Season Price Match Extension
Last but not least: Apos is extending our price match guarantee until the end of the year. With the holidays coming up and the deals they will entail, we wanted to give you peace of mind as you shop this season.
All purchases from October 13th onward will be covered under the Holiday Price Match Extension, or the 30-Day Price Match from the date the order was placed, whichever comes last. All purchases made after December 31st will be covered in the Apos 30-Day Price Match from the date the order was placed.
