Apos Audio has been proactively monitoring updates on the COVID-19 outbreak. As it has become a more widespread concern, we’d like to share an update from our end.
Firstly, with all the processes that are in place at our warehouses, we are not expecting any disruptions or delays in both order processing and shipping. Furthermore, our crackerjack Customer Support Team is also readily available to take care of our customers as always.
The processes we created and implemented at our Shenzhen warehouse since early February have been very instrumental in our response to COVID-19 in California. Our staff at our Oakland warehouse are also being encouraged to work from home, and we’ve also put in numerous safeguards for increased sanitization and minimal contact.
At both warehouses, multiple check-points have been implemented to ensure the health and safety of our staff. No staff has had any contact with the virus, but we’ve created and implemented a quarantine area on-site. Both facilities are equipped with masks and other sanitization supplies per CDC recommendations. We’ve also included an additional step of disinfectant spray on all shipments before courier pickup.
