NEW: MOONDROP GRAVITY MAESTERO 01 PRO GAMING HEADSET
Moondrop GM-01 PRO offers up to 150 hours of wireless listening
The Moondrop GM-01 PRO Gaming Maestro is a wireless gaming headset with 50mm hybrid carbon fiber dome drivers, four connection modes, and web-based parametric tuning. Developed with feedback from pro players, it combines game-specific acoustic tuning with a detachable noise-reducing microphone and up to 150 hours of Bluetooth playback. Its 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, USB Audio, and analog connections accommodate gaming and everyday listening across compatible computers, phones, and other audio devices.
Carbon fiber dome drivers and game-specific tuning
Each ear cup contains a 50mm composite dynamic driver with an N52 neodymium magnet and a lightweight CCAW voice coil. The hybrid carbon fiber dome combines rigidity, low weight, and internal damping to support a fast response and detailed reproduction, while a flexible diaphragm suspension completes the assembly.
Moondrop developed the headset’s tuning through acoustic measurements, comparisons with other gaming headsets, and testing by retired professional players. The tuning focuses on distinguishing and locating footsteps, gunfire, and environmental sounds. Presets developed with esports professionals cover games including Delta, Valorant, CS:GO, and Apex.
Four connection modes
A dedicated 2.4GHz wireless link provides measured end-to-end latency as low as 30ms, according to Moondrop. The included dongle supports USB-C and USB-A connections, with an independent transmitter power amplifier supporting a reported range of up to approximately 46 feet (14m). Actual latency and range depend on operating conditions.
Bluetooth 6.0 supports SBC and AAC codecs, with a reported connection distance of up to approximately 89 feet (27m) under Moondrop’s test conditions. USB Audio allows wired listening while charging, while the 3.5mm analog input connects to devices with a headphone output. Analog use requires an additional AUX cable.
Web-based DSP with saved tuning profiles
The second-generation online interactive DSP provides tuning controls through a web interface in 2.4GHz mode. Users can select presets, adjust microphone noise cancellation, and make parametric equalization changes. Frequency references for different games help guide adjustments, while controls for frequency, level, and Q determine where each change occurs and how broadly it affects neighboring frequencies.
Settings save directly to the headset and remain available after a restart. Sound Target ID supports personal tuning profiles across supported devices, and Moondrop’s tuning community allows users to share and download configurations. Submitted configurations require approval, and shared settings display the contributor’s user ID.
A detachable microphone with beamforming
A dual-microphone array combines beamforming with an AI enhancement algorithm to capture speech and suppress background noise. The detachable boom positions the microphone near the mouth, and an included foam pop filter helps reduce breath noise and plosives. The boom can be removed for everyday listening.
Comfort and battery life for longer sessions
The GM-01 PRO weighs approximately 9.5 ounces (270g), with clamping pressure below 4N. Breathable fabric covers the memory foam ear pads, while an aluminum alloy frame and a leather headband with racing-style stitching complete the construction.
A 1,000mAh battery supports approximately 100 hours of playback over 2.4GHz or 150 hours over Bluetooth. A 10-minute charge provides up to two hours of use, and a full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. Moondrop measured battery life at 70% playback volume. Actual runtime varies with volume and audio content.
